Jessica Lidner, MA, MFTI

Jessica Lidner, MA, MFTI Jessica Lidner, MA, MFTI, began working as a primary therapist on Shodair's Acute Unit in the spring of 2010. Jessica completed her Bachelor's degree at Antioch University, Los Angeles, with an emphasis in biology and psychology. She worked for several years as a mental health technician in residential and intensive outpatient mental health settings, which inspired her to continue her studies in clinical psychology.

In 2008, Jessica earned her Master's degree in clinical psychology at Antioch University in Santa Barbara, California, with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Jessica completed her clinical internship at Loma Linda University Hospital in Loma Linda, California, as a primary therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults at the Behavioral Medical Center in an acute psychiatric setting.

Jessica is a longstanding member of the American Psychological Association, the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.

Jessica also specializes in the treatment of chemical dependency and eating disorders in both adolescents and adults. Her areas of interest include Collaborative Problem Solving, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, and depth psychology.
